Q1. How is every magnet position kept accurate on special-shaped rotors?
The rotor is indexed first, AB adhesive is dispensed, then magnets are inserted and pressed. The fixture defines the datum and the special profile is machined to your drawing. Different magnet shapes are handled in segments by one program, so a new shape does not call for a new machine.

Mainly special-shaped rotors for NEV drive motors, automotive motors and general-purpose motors, where magnet shape is irregular or positions are asymmetric. For a standard round rotor with a regular pole layout, a conventional magnet-insertion machine is enough and this model would be over-specified.

No. Different shapes are handled in segments within one program, inserted position by position; changing product means changing the fixture and recalling the matching program. A separate fixture set is only needed when the shapes differ too much for one set to serve.
