The automated assembly solution for new energy vehicle motor covers the whole process of servo motor production, optimizing the process for core processes such as winding, soldering and assembling: the winding adopts servo tensioner to achieve constant tension control and improve slot fullness and wire quality; the soldering introduces flux preheating and cavity heating structure to eliminate the problem of blown tin; and at the same time, it integrates the processes of automatic rounding and PCB straightening, and builds closed-loop control through PLC with high resolution encoder to cooperate with machine vision and laser positioning to realize the synergy of the whole process. Customization Process

Total lead time is typically 45–120 calendar days, with build and in-house commissioning accounting for the largest share. Once the design is frozen, changes to core process parameters (size, cycle time, number of stations) cascade into mechanical, electrical and layout changes and may extend the schedule by more than 30% — technical freeze requires written customer confirmation.
