On the afternoon of September 3, the 6th 4th Members' Congress of Shenzhen General Industry Association was successfully held in Shenzhen. The congress was conducted in strict accordance with relevant regulations and the association's charter, with its core agenda being the election for the mid-term chairman change of the 6th Council; a total of 308 member representatives attended. As a member-enterprise representative in the advanced manufacturing field, Jiuju attended this congress, joining representatives from all sectors of the industry to discuss industrial-upgrading pathways and explore directions for the high-quality development of Shenzhen's industry.
Through on-site voting, Huang Yongfeng, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of AVIC Innovation, was elected by a large margin as president of the sixth council of the Shenzhen Industry Federation. Lin Qianjie, First Secretary of the Joint Party Committee of Shenzhen's advanced-manufacturing industry associations, attended the congress and spoke, stressing that upholding the Party's overall leadership is the fundamental guarantee for the healthy development of social organizations; he fully affirmed the Federation's past achievements while requiring it to focus on its main responsibilities, serve nearly 2,000 member enterprises precisely, help enterprises solve development difficulties and accelerate transformation and upgrading, and guide enterprises to value international market rules and legal risk prevention.
In his inaugural speech, the newly elected president Huang Yongfeng reviewed the Federation's 25-year development history and set out four work directions: focus on new industrialization, empower manufacturing with artificial intelligence, and promote deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain; deepen precise services and continuously improve the "demand list + service list" matchmaking mechanism; strengthen collaborative linkage and seize the opportunities of "dual-zone" construction and the APEC meeting to help enterprises link to global resources; and strengthen self-development, using Party building to lead team building and continuously improving the internal governance structure.
The congress reported the Federation's work results from January to August 2026 in areas such as brand building, technological innovation and enterprise services. It also invited a Tencent Cloud expert to give a keynote speech titled "Practice and Reflections on the Enterprise Deployment of AI Agents", sharing a practical path for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing and proposing that manufacturing should precipitate individual experience into organizational assets and steadily advance the upgrading of autonomous manufacturing capability.
Jiuju has long cultivated the field of motor automation lines and precision manufacturing processes, always focusing on manufacturing-process upgrading and intelligent implementation, which is highly consistent with the new-industrialization direction advocated by the congress. In the future, leveraging the resource platform of the Shenzhen Industry Federation, Jiuju will continue to deepen its core technologies, take an active part in collaborative industrial innovation, help transform and upgrade manufacturing, and contribute to Shenzhen's goal of building a globally leading advanced-manufacturing centre.

After multiple rounds of full-machine commissioning, simulated mass-production validation, and factory quality inspection, a Jiuju DC motor automatic assembly line completed all factory-out procedures, was loaded onto trucks on schedule, and is about to depart for the customer's production base, helping the customer's project advance production implementation on plan.
