永磁电机转子磁钢极性一旦装反，会直接打破气隙磁场分布，带来转矩脉动超标、振动噪声变大、温升异常等问题，严重时造成电机堵转烧毁。在汽车电子、伺服、人形机器人、无人机等高端电机量产中，单颗磁钢极性错误，就会导致整机报废，返工成本高，还会带来交付风险。传统依靠人工核对极性、手持高斯计抽检的模式，很容易因疲劳、磁钢外观相近出现漏检、误判，难以满足大批量连续生产的品质管控要求。
想要从源头预防磁钢极性装反，需要把检测嵌入装配工序，实现随装随检。久巨在线极性检测方案，和转子插磁钢产线深度集成，依托霍尔传感阵列搭配磁场扫描算法，在磁钢装配完成后即刻采集各磁极磁场方向，不占用独立工序节拍。系统可自动比对预设的磁极排布逻辑，快速识别单颗或多颗磁钢极性倒置，无需停机就能完成判定。
这套在线检测系统具备多重防错逻辑，不只是简单识别 N/S 极。它同步采集表磁峰值、磁极分度角度，既能识别极性装反，也能顺带筛除磁钢缺装、偏移、磁通离散超差等连带缺陷。当检测到极性异常时，产线会即时锁止流转、声光报警，并对不良品自动分流隔离，同时把极性、工位、时间等数据上传至 MES 系统，形成完整工艺追溯，便于复盘不良成因。针对不同工艺路线，久巨可灵活适配方案。
对于先装后充的转子，在充磁之后做整圈磁极扫描校验；对于带磁磁钢直接装配的工艺，则在插磁工位后立即检测极性，提前拦截错装。设备支持伺服电机、汽车油泵电机、机器人关节电机等多品类转子快速换型，检测参数可快速调用，适配柔性产线需求。
极性检测不是末端补救手段，而是前置的质量防线。把在线极性检测融入自动化装配链路，替代人工抽检，消除人为判断的不确定性，从源头规避磁钢装反不良，稳定电机批量生产的性能一致性，也是高端永磁电机产线数字化质量管控的关键一环。
