An axial-flux motor uses opposing disc-type stator and rotor structures, and after magnetizing the strong magnetic attraction between components is significant, making rigid collisions and pole misalignment likely during joining; combined with the micron-level precision requirements of the flat air gap, precision joining has become a core process bottleneck for mass production. Achieving precise joining requires combining vision positioning with servo force-position closed-loop technology. First, a vision system identifies the alignment datum and calibrates coaxiality and pole phase; then the servo mechanism feeds smoothly and evenly, monitoring press force and displacement throughout and dynamically offsetting magnetic-attraction fluctuations to keep the full-plane air gap uniform. Jiuju has mature technical accumulation in the precision joining process for axial-flux motors and, integrating multi-dimensional control logic, can stably achieve micron-level joining precision and support product consistency in mass production.
