The shipping area outside the workshop was a hive of activity. After multiple rounds of full-machine commissioning, simulated mass-production validation, and factory quality inspection, a Jiuju DC motor automatic assembly line completed all factory-out procedures, was loaded onto trucks on schedule, and is about to depart for the customer's production base, helping the customer's project advance production implementation on plan.
DC motors have many small and numerous components, and operations such as commutator press-fitting, brush assembly, rotor assembly and soldering are cumbersome. Traditional manual assembly is prone to assembly deviations and makes product consistency hard to control; at the same time, affected by staff turnover, capacity ramp-up is slow and delivery cycles are highly uncertain, becoming a real obstacle on the expansion path of many manufacturers.
Addressing industry pain points, Jiuju's project team completed non-standard custom line design based on the customer's product specifications and capacity targets. The full line integrates modules for automatic loading, servo precision press-fitting, automatic soldering, magnetizing and in-line performance inspection; relying on servo force control and vision positioning, it ensures assembly precision and achieves continuous full-process operation, automatic diversion of defective products, traceable production data and fast changeover across multiple product types, helping customers reduce reliance on skilled workers, stabilize product yield and unlock batch production capacity.
The smooth delivery of an automated production line depends on close coordination across R&D, assembly, quality control, project management and logistics. From solution design, sheet-metal fabrication and component assembly to repeated debugging and rework, every step is held to strict standards. At the loading stage, the team wraps and protects the equipment and secures it in place to avoid damage during long-distance transport.
Equipment departure is only the starting point of service. Jiuju engineers will subsequently follow up on on-site positioning, installation and commissioning, and personnel training to ensure the line goes into production smoothly. Responding to customer needs with reliable equipment and on-time delivery, and helping motor manufacturers improve quality and efficiency, is the direction Jiuju has always held to.
