The automatic motor assembly line aims for high-efficiency cycle times and stable consistency; the entire assembly process revolves aroundStator Press-Fit AssemblyCore assembly steps—such as rotor assembly, bearing pre-installation, and housing assembly—are completed in stages. In the initial phase, automated press-fitting equipment is used to achieve a precise fit between the stator core and the housing, with a vision-based positioning system controlling assembly deviations to within 0.05 mm; Subsequently, the rotor is mounted onto the shaft and the bearings are pressed into place; a servo press is used to monitor the pressure-displacement curve in real time, ensuring consistent pressing force; in the middle section of the assembly line, airtightness testing and magnetic flux pre-inspection stations have been added to automatically reject semi-finished products with poor sealing or abnormal magnetic circuits; In the final inspection section, fully automated testing of no-load current, rotational speed, vibration, and noise is conducted. The entire production line accommodates the need for rapid changeovers between multiple product variants. Through modular tooling and a recipe management system, model changeovers are completed within 15 minutes, ensuring consistency and reliability in mass motor production while controlling production line investment costs.
