不少车企在座椅电机量产阶段，经常遇到成品电机莫名出现噪音、振动，反复检测却难以定位根源。很多时候问题并非出在成品装配，而是转子本身存在跳动超差，等到整机装配完成后缺陷才显现，返工成本居高不下。久巨电机自动化装配线将转子校直检测工序前置。转子上线先进行跳动量检测，一旦数值超标，设备自动执行校正操作，校正完成再次复检。只有检测合格的转子，才能流转到下一装配工位。这套前置管控方案，提前筛除转子偏心隐患，避免带着缺陷装配，从源头抑制电机运行振动与噪声。整套检测校正数据实时留存，满足汽车行业品质追溯要求，大幅降低成品不良率，稳定座椅电机量产品质。
转子磁钢脱落多数不是磁钢材质的问题：槽内油污与粉尘让胶只在局部粘住，胶量偏多挤进气隙、偏少留缝，插装导向块磨损会刮伤槽口，固化没走完就流转则让胶还没定型。

After multiple rounds of full-machine commissioning, simulated mass-production validation, and factory quality inspection, a Jiuju DC motor automatic assembly line completed all factory-out procedures, was loaded onto trucks on schedule, and is about to depart for the customer's production base, helping the customer's project advance production implementation on plan.
