Although the micro-motors in handheld fans are small, the assembly process involves a series of closely interlinked steps. The core processes, in order, are: stator loading and winding pretreatment, which ensure accurate coil positioning; the dispensing station, where adhesive is precisely applied to the ends of the windings to secure the coils and enhance insulation; the assembly then proceeds to the UV curing oven, where ultraviolet light rapidly cures the adhesive, ensuring bonding strength and insulation performance; after curing, electrical performance testing is conducted to screen out defective units with short circuits, open circuits, and other faults; finally, the rotor and end caps are installed to complete the assembly of the entire unit. Micro motors are small in size and feature precision components; manual assembly results in low efficiency and poor consistency.
